Parents and boys are warmly encouraged to spend time at our campus, getting to know Glenstal, in the 2-3 years prior to their son beginning secondary school.
Boys are very welcome to join one or more of our regular admissions events, that offer the opportunity to spend time at school, to experience classes, meals, sports, the dorms and more.
Private visits to the school, to tour the campus and meet with our Headmaster are also readily available by appointment.

If your son will start First Year in 2028 or beyond, please register your interest, to enable us to keep in touch with you regarding the admissions process.
Applications for day boarding are accepted in the autumn prior to the academic year of entry to the school as set out in our Annual Admissions Notice and in line with the relevant regulations.
The application window for Day Boarding places for First Year 2026/27 opened on 1 October 2025 and will close on 19 November 2025.
